1.
Stamp or print image and color.
2.
Punch or die cut the larger oval out of the top
most mat (the smaller mat) centering from side to side and top to bottom.
3.
Punch or die cut smaller oval in the Mat
Cardstock (1st Mat) – Carefully place the top mat (already punched)
over the second larger mat, line up sides and top. Either draw a gentle pencil line or place the
oval die right on the bottom cardstock placing equally from side to side and
top to bottom with the oval shape you have already cut. Tape die in place and
cut out the smaller oval.
4.
Glue the colored image on the backside of the
larger mat (smaller oval shape). Layer the top mat over the bottom mat and
adhere with foam squares to create depth.
5.
Emboss the white cardstock and glue it to the
cardstock base. Glue the blue cardstock section centered on the white
cardstock.
6.
Tie a bow and glue it to the bottom of the oval
frame.
7.
Stamp a sentiment, punch with smaller oval
punch.
8.
Punch a larger oval to mat the sentiment
pieces. Glue them together and slip them
between the two mats, glue in place.
